Berry Fro-Yo Bark

Frozen yogurt is my all-time favorite sweet treat. Seeing how it is not on the Whole30 program, I only treat myself once in a blue moon. This recipe is not only healthy, it is amazing and super quick to put together. Another bonus? My kids LOVE it!

Frozen yogurt mixed with fruit of your choice, and swirled with your favorite jam or peanut butter.

Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups of plain greek yogurt
  • 1 cup of berries of you choice
  • optional: ⅓ or ½ cup of jam or peanut butter, both softened to help mix in
Instructions
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  2. Pour the yogurt into the sheet and spread thin
  3. If you choose, place drops of jam or peanut butter and swirl with butter knife
  4. Cover the pan with your fruit
  5. Cover the sheet tray with plastic wrap, and place in freezer for several hours until solid
  6. Pull out of freezer and break apart
  7. Let bark cool for awhile before serving!
